All except that PSU. The CX series are a budget unit with capacitor issues. Also your storage options are way over priced. The 212 cooler is a good cooler but isn't going to sustain any big overclocks on that i7. I made a couple of changes to the build. Larger SSD, better CPU cooler, faster(and cheaper) RAM, and a much better PSU.
