Is this a highend build?

Is this considered a high end build? Will it be future proof for at least 2 years?

Future proof is a meaningless term, what are you planning to do with it and on what resolution monitor? If you want to know if it will play most games on max for the next two years then no, but if you are doing photoshop work then yes it is a decently high end build and will hold its own for a while.

Should have said gaming on a 22 inch LCD will be its main use. 1680x1050 resolution

You'll probably need to upgrade the GPU after a while, so hopefully you have the right PSU to run two GTX 260s.

well, depends, to one person that might be highend, to another it might be mid range or a little lower

I'd consider it more midrange right now, but it will certainly perform nicely. If you like gaming, I'd consider upping the video card a bit, to something like a 275 or 4890.
