Question Is this a normal amount of IPS glow/bleed?

Just got this monitor and as the sun has gone down I've noticed a yellow tint consume the bottom right on my screen while playing metro. Now there is a silver glow that appears on the let hand side too but I expected that and it's honestly not that noticeable even in a pitch black room.

The yellow tint at the top right isn't noticeable in person

That looks more like back light bleed. This is caused less by display time and environment, but by chassis and how the monitor has been handled.
