[SOLVED] Is this a normal sound on my PC?

I have a brand new PC, only about 2 weeks old now and since the beginning I have heard a short, not so loud noise coming from the PC on start up. It's just a short 1 second sound and that's it. I don't hear it again after that. I'm assuming it's just the sound of my fans reving up but I just wanna make sure. I posted a link to a video, its right after the 'click' sound which is me turning on my PC.

IS it that loud pop or is that you turning on the computer? If it is the whirring sound that is just your gpu fans. case fans, coming up to speed.

The first sound is just me pressing the button to turn on the PC lol. For some reason it sounded really loud on video.

Those are normal start up noises.
