Is this a overclockable build?

So im building a pc, and im looking to get about 4.0 to 4.5 ghz out of it, these are the parts im gonna use, and im wondering if it is overclockable: 4770k, evga 770 sc, adata xpg 16gb ram, 120gb ssdnow from kingston, silverstone strider 750 gold, noctua nhd-14, asus z97-a

z97 mobo with an intel K version and a very nice air cooler, 4.5 should be possible. You seem set to me
