Question Is this a pciex (nvme) ssd?

I own an asus b350plus

And i have connected this ssd on m.2 port

I always belief this is not an sata ssd
Because it is 1500MB/s and sata only 500
But this ssd is b+m key I only read that b+m key is only for sata ssd

And I trying to connect this m key ssd
Samsung mz vlw2560

But the pc doesnt boot (and cannot enter to setup) only keepsnon asus logo splash

I have an pciexpress ssd adapter too
I can boot with the kingston on motherboard m.2 and pci express adapter slot and dont habe any problems
Why wont boot with the samsung ssd?
The ssd is not new, I will try it with another identical ssd

My mobo obviously support a samsung m.2 ssd I think

The Kingston label clearly states NVMe.

As for the keying, the SSD identifies itself as SATA or NVMe via 4 configuration pins.
