I just installed a new ram of 1333mhz cause my previous ram damaged dat was also of 1333mhz

Now when i power on my pc it does not but cpu and gpu fans runs i tried many times sometime it power on and window boot and many of the times it does not power on also windows freeze / crash

And if by change i success in login to windows and try to put pc on sleep mod it doesn't work and after 1-2 minutes all fans stopped but now if i again try to power on from sleep mod then no signal to monitor / mouse / keyboard

What could be the problem ?

Sounds like it could be a video card or power supply problem... I would hate to think it's CPU. If you know anyone who has an extra PSU or video card you could use, it would be the easiest way to determine what your computer is doing.
