Is this a prepaid phone?

I ordered a Prepaid phone from Walmart seeing as it was only $150.

I've checked the activation guide, and a simple google search has not helped either. Is this a prepaid phone that I've bought?

Can you scroll down? They may be hiding a pre-pay plan at the bottom.
