so I've been getting weird issues in destiny 2 in particular with my pc and wondering if this could be an issue with something power draw frame pacing artifacts bad mobo vram etc

i also will see big drops from 165 to 110 to 80 and 90 idn if this is normal or i did something wrong with oc and making my pc as it was my first pc also my power on max seems to go up to 79 and GPU usage up to 84
