The Case I am linking right now is the Segotep Slath Mini ITX Double Curved Glass Case. It's $279 and looks like a coffee maker but I like it for some reason. It appears that my Heatsink radiator, GPU, PSU, and everything will fit nice and compactly. Please share your thoughts?

instead of us having to click on the images so we can see the bigger picture with a gander but the case isn't available on PCPP. How much are you sourcing the RTX3060Ti for?

Seems like you've made your mind up and you want others to hear others agree to it. IMHO, you should build what fits your budget. The build looks fine to me.

7700x is not that worth buying in my region, it's ¥1500+ for it's produce has stopped. 7700 is ¥1300,9600x is ¥1260, and I think you may pick the cheapest one among 7700,7700x and 9600x. Remember, don't pick a 6400MT/s mem if you decide to use a 7000-series ryzen CPU.

mpg b650i is fine, but it's "clear CMOS" button on the IO area is VERY HIGH(about three times the height of a normal backport button), and extremely easy for mistaken touching. Imagine that you are plugging a USB disk onto the backport IO, and you mistakenly touched the clear cmos button and your PC immediately shut down, causing you lose your unsaved work. Personally I used a scissor to cut the button's overflow part.

Segotep Slath is cool and there's a similar case called Jonsbo TK-0 which is only ¥600(about $100?), it's cheaper, check if it's available in your region.
