Is this a real card or some kind of fake?

it's real it's just for an ad for a different market. Think europe somewhere.

It's very cheap, the card is real, but you I doubt you'll actually get that specific card, it's either a mistake on their part or a scam.

Compare to other retailer prices in Latvia.

At the bottom of the main page of Dateks.lv I noticed this ''Cenas spēkā līdz 2015.04.05 14:46'' which means that the prices will be up till that time today so maybe everything is alright and that's just a insanly good Easter sale.
