Is this a safe overclock for the gtx 960 4gb?

fan speed: 100%

I started unigine heaven benchmark at the highest settings, didn't get any black squares or textures failures, also my gpu temps never go higher than 50-51 celsius degrees

as long as GPU temp doesn't go over nvidias specified temp (usually around 90°) and you don't go crazy with voltage you should be fine.

Those temos are really low if you are doing a stress test. Have you done one?
