Is this a safe way to ship a processor?

It is four layers of cardboard, two of which has a hole cut for the CPU chip, and the other two will sandwich it. I will tape it and set it in an antistatic bag which will be bubble wrapped and put in a box. I saw a video of something similar (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=1CDf9HNxpcQ) but had to change it due to the size of my bag. In his video it doesn't seem to matter if it has room to bounce around, but is that a concern I should have? Could the pins be damaged since the CPU can move up and down? It's snugly fit enough to not move side to side too much, but it can move up and down.

ive shipped a cpu in a anti-static wrap, and stuck it in a monila envolope and didnt get a complaint im not saying that, thats what you should do. just saying that use some anti-static wrap that came with some of other pc parts
