270X and 270 are the same card other than the X having idiot tax, all they did was bump the core clock to 1000Mhz, something you can do in MSI Afterburner with about 10 seconds work.

if you dont feel safe about buying that brand here is an r9 270x for another 20 dollars and its gigabyte so definiitly a trusted brand
