Question Is this a sign of a broken aio cooler?

Ok so I am using a h100i GTX aio cooler and when I recently started up my pc and checked my icue to check the temps, I could see 90c already so Im unsure if the pump is broken and heat is not getting out of the pc but I also checked the pipes and it was pretty warm considering that I only left it on for like 30-20 seconds.

Yes it does but I didnt check if it was working or not.

If it’s running then that’s a good sign. Can you hear any gurgling or sounds air might be in the system? I would start by replacing the thermal compound and see if it helps.

No I don't really hear any gurgling but air is coming out though.

What do you mean air is coming out? Do you mean from the fans?

Is the AIO installed correctly?

Yeah well, the fans are spinning and air is coming out. My radiator is mounted on top of my MSI gungir case.

Im pretty sure its just the aio being old and gunked because the previous owner said it was a couple years old and guessing its time has come.
