When i turn on my pc it turns on then shut down immediately.

I tried everything
Removed it from the case
Replace cmos battery
Put in a cardboard
Tried 3 different psu's
Try one ram at a time
Clean up my ram
Remove graphics card

Is my mobo dead? Or the processor is the one dead?

I thought of that too, back when it was inside the case i loosened the mobo screws then when i open it it didnt shut down the problem was it has no display. So i replace/clean the ram, re applied thermal paste but still no boot. Then the next day it happened again shutting down after opening. I loosened the screws again, nothing. I reroute the wires that goes behind it. Nothing, i said f*ck it take everything apart (cause i thought it was a short circuit) i put it in a cardboarf but boom still nothing. 3 different psu 3 set of ram. 2 set of cmos battery but nothing

Ireally suspect its the motherboard because it is 5 yrs old. If the processor is dead why did it shut down even if a applied thermal paste twice.

Ouch :'( i dont have money right now to buy a cpu. But a used motherboard will be a lot easier and cheaper to acquire. What are the chances its the motherboard?

Thankyou for all of your responses :)

Thankyou guys for all of your responses it turns out there is a dust in the processor pins i gently brush them off. And my ram have a dirt that eraser cant clean. So use a cutton buds and alcohol to clean that up
