[SOLVED] Is this a sign of GPU artifacting?

When i play games,mostly nba2k20 and watxh dogs 2,sometimes the textures just turn black randomly for a half of a second and sometimes the shadows flickers too.Its really annoying if somebody could help me i would be very happy

Make sure your video card is clean and not overheating. Do you have any fan control software running? What are your cards temps? What kinda video card do you have? Do you have the newest drivers installed?

My video card is clean and its hovering around 70 degrees,i have no fan control softwares and tried to reinstall windows several times.I have an MSI ARMOR RTX 2070 8GB And i have the newest drivers 436.48.

Install MSI Afterburner or my favorite Precision X1 (works with ALL GPU brands) and have your fans running on high to test how the card runs while cooler. Hows the internal temp of your case? 70c is approx 158f. Is that Idle or after gaming? If idle, 70c is too hot.
