Yes buy why an A10 with a 1050Ti? Not a good pick for a CPU at all.

yes, but the CPU from AMD is not that great compare to the most recent CPU ryzen, skylake, coffeelake.

none the less, it's a good upgrade from your previous setup.

I'd say no. At this point in time an older APU, like an A10, is not worth buying not even as a budget solution. You'd be better off buying a Dell Optiplex mini tower quad core and putting the 1050 Ti in that.

If, for reasons related to cost and/or availability, you do buy the A10 then I'd pair it with a 1050 not the 1050 Ti. The kind of game that could use the 4gb vram of the 1050 Ti is going to need more CPU power than an A10 can supply.
