It doesn't look like any artifacts I've seen, were you testing an overclock? I'd say that was probably the game.

Yes. i have been testing overklocking. My card is actually clocking very well. (ASIC 86%) The same thing appears in GTA V but in no other game. Should i be worried?

it is always there. It flashes when i am walking. It might be caused by the 3.5gb issue?

if it is always there it is an artifact, and it seems to be due to the overclock.

Damage 'may' (not always will) be present because;

Artifacts are generally caused by the GPU being pushed hard, quite often at an unsafe level.

if the GPU has been overvolted then permanent damage may have been done, but it depends on only how much you raised it.

Check the temps when running games after the overclock.

I bought my GTX 970 as second hand. And it was there when i just got it.
Here is an video. You can clearly see the same thing apear on the street
The card has never been runing a higher voltage than what you can use in Afterburner. The temps has always been fine (under 80c)

if the voltages haven't been unawarely changed no real bad damage has been done. This artifact is also quite minor, and is nothing from what I would consider something to worry about. As long as your Overclock is within reason, and the temps are also below dangerous (below 80 is decent under max load), there isn't much to worry about.

I have only seen it in CS and GTA V.
Never in Firestrike, Unigine Heaven, lol. Cod.
