why did you get a 5400rpm HD? Just get 7200 for like the same price because it's faster. Uh you don't want to wait until the next gen gpu's they're coming out in like Q4 of this year or Q1 of next year. You can find mid tower cases for like $50 and they're pretty solid but if you really like that one then w/e. Just make sure it has fans/you buy fans for it.

Your build looks nice, but I would go with 8GB RAM instead of 16GB. 16GB is just too much! You don't need 16GB for gaming + Photoshop + video editing. If you want to save some cash, I would suggest picking some AMD parts, maybe a FX-8350 with an ASUS/Asrock motherboard.
The FX-8350 is around $200, so you could save around $20. Plus, octa-core! :D

For PSU, the CX600M loligo suggested is good. I use the non-modular version since I was low on cash. xD

Anyways, it's all up to you. But it would be best to save as much money as possible. :D

From what I know, video editing depends on your CPU and RAM instead of the GPU but it all depends on the program you are going to use. Some programs use your GPU for rendering, some use your CPU. It really boils down to which program you're going to use. Personally, I would go for a better CPU especially for video editing. If you're going for work + gaming, I guess the NVidia card will do.
