Is this a viable Setup for the price

So as the title suggests, I would like a gaming setup and this is what I got. keep in mind i already have a stick of 8gb ddr4 ram with me, so pretend the one in the setup is 16 GBs, and I will not activate windows, so don't count that (I also have an SSD so dont count that in your flaws):

Will work, only issue is mixing ram may or may not work. HDD is slow, get 7200 rpm ones. PSU is not reliable, Corsair CX550M or CX550 is better quality for budget choice.

That's a cheap motherboard but an expensive videocard. That's an Nvidia videocard but the monitor is an AMD free sync monitor. Those are the two things I question. You really can't afford at least an Intel 360 motherboard?
