Is this a video card problem?

I bought a new monitor only to find out it was defective. So unplugged it and boxed it back up. I Plugged the old monitor back in got the classic no signal. However I do hear the windows 10 jingle as it still logs on. I've tried other working monitors and still no signal. I've tried multiple troubleshooting methods but nothing works. I can't bring myself to believe the video card ceased to function just like that. Physically it appears to be running just fine..

Try using the other video outputs provided by the card. If that does not work, use the on-board igpu and see if the video card is being detected by windows.
