Ok so in my task manager there is a program using 15-20% of my cpu and spikes my gpu usage to 99% making it lag if i try to game or even watch videos. After closing the program everything jumps to normal and i can game etc. The program is Realtek HD Audio and after googling I found this is a program is not a virus but an actual audio program so i don't want to remove it and mess up my audio etc. So any advice?
My specs are
I7 4770k
gtx 780
8gb of ram

Solution
Realtek HD audio driver don't need to use the GPU,you should right click in the process and find the exact location for the executable, maybe it's a bitcoin mining virus "disguised" as the Realtek HD driver.

Hmm after posting this I removed it. I had 2 separate folders. One called realtek and on called realtek hd audio, after removing the hd audio one, iv'e had no problems for the past hour. I guess it was bitcoin virus or something like that. Thanks for the response.
