Is this a virus?

I had to download some PC software to test some things earlier which all worked fine, I've scanned my pc and have found no virus or anything but when I opened Nvidia control panel and tried to set add program settings I can now see 100s of films. How do I fix this?

100s of films? You mean, like, movies? Yeah, probably a virus. Download Malwarebytes and run a scan with that.

I think they're games possibly. I've ran norton and found nothing and malwarebytes and found nothing. I think they might be a list of possible games? I'm not entirely sure what it is because they weren't there earlier on but my anti virus has found anything.
