Question Is this a virus?

I was looking at the uninstall list and noticed clown Fish Voice Changer. I had thought I uninstalled it a while ago, but there's no uninstall. It's grayed out on the buttons. The modify and uninstall is grayed out. I cannot find any files named clown fishnvoice changer. Is this some sort of virus?

You can use CCleaner to try and remove the grayed out app.
