[SOLVED] Is this a VPN generated IP or a real one?

Solution
Using your definition all IP are "fake" ip. All your machines in your house share a single ip address there is no way to identify a particular machine in your house. Maybe you give all your neighbors your WiFi password and then you can't even be sure whose house the traffic comes from.

Many times if you use a cell phone internet connection you share a public ip with many other people so these IP also are "fake"

VPN is just a more advanced for of ip sharing. The key difference is most intentionally discard any logging information so when they get a court order to tell who was using a particular IP at some time they can legally claim they can not provide that information.
It is a public ip you find the definitions of private/public in google.

If you want to know who owns it etc there are many sites all eventually based on a registration service like arin.
Thanks, so this is not a VPN IP then, right?
I mean, does VPN IP classify as public as well?

There is no such thing as a vpn ip. You could load a vpn service on your router in your house and then remotely use it from another location to make it appear you are coming from your house.

You can never really be sure what IP addresses are being used for many vpn services also offer hosting services so they could share those ip with the hosting function.

Oh,ok, so I am kinda stupid,I guess 😀.
IP I mentioned is a public IP, I read now what Public IPs are, these are the ones that are connected to the internet and visible.

So, basically, only thing I want to know:
Is Ip I mentioned in OP known as a fake IP that is commonly generated as VPN or is it actually real?
Thing is, that someone tried to hack my FB account, he used VPN, IPs that were shown in my mail were obviously fake, because they were showing china, russia malaysia, etc.
Now,when he tried to log in, FB reported actual device and IMO real IP? This IP that I mentioned in OP is from a country I am from, and possibly real one. I know a person who could do that. Facebook reported location that is exactly next to city he lives in.

So, that is why I am trying to find out if it could be him or perhaps it was all a coincidence and FB reported also a VPN generated IP and coincidentally it generated one that was in my country near a city where that person lives 😀.
