Is this a worthwhile upgrade?

So im currently sitting on a pretty dated system and was wondering if it is worthwhile upgrading some components for the future.
My current system:
FX 6350
GA-78lmt-usb3
16gb ddr3 1333mhz
1TB HDD (obviously would keep and format which i actually dont know how to do :D)
Corsair cx550
Sapphire R7 370 Vapor-x 4gb

New components:
Ryzen 5 1500x
GA-AB350 Gaming 3
8gb ddr4 2400mhz

I feel like my gpu is handling games at mid to high setting well (i may be wrong) but am wondering if the other upgrades would make a significant difference (or any other recommendations around this spec) now and also for futureproofing my system

Any help appreciated :D

Yes, a used GTX 1060 would be a good upgrade when you move to a higher Rez display. The only problem now with buying used Nvidia cards of that class and above is that they might have been used 24/7 mining. Even more so with AMD cards since they are the preferred card for mining.
The GTX 1050 Ti is available now for under $200. But it isn't as great an upgrade over your R7-370 as the GTX 1060 would be. Still, the 1050 Ti is a suitable card for 1080p gaming at high to Ultra settings depending on the game.

Yes, that would be a worthwhile upgrade. The 1500 is two tiers above the 6350 and makes it a noticeable improvement. Not to mention the other platform improvements like moving to faster DDR4 RAM. But your R7-370 may still make the upgrade seem less of an improvement that it is, depending on the screen resolution of your monitor. At 720p, it is fine. 1080p, not so much.

Its just that a new gpu that would make an improvement on my r7 370 would set me back far more than id like due to the current market, i only have a 720p monitor anyway so its ok, but were i to get a 1080p monitor would it maybe be worth buying a second hand card, and if so which?
