Solution
I would not spend the money on an FX 9000 series. An FX 8350 will OC to nearly the same levels and cost much less.

Cooler Master H60 Cooler is a midrange AIO liquid cooler and not good for an 8350. A Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO AIR cooler will beat it performance wise for less money. Go with at least an H100i, H80i or if you have 2 x 140mm fan outlets on top, get a NZXT Kraken X60 or H110 (* H110 is my current fav AIO ,great performance and fairly quiet)

You do not need a discrete sound card unless you are doing professional grade HiFi capture and editing with high end headphones and an in-line DAC. The on-board Audio Codec with most midrange to high-end motherboards is usually high quality.

Hmm yh looks good but not 100% sure. How long do you think this setup will last till i need to upgrade again ?

Admirable
i think either setup could get the job done for several years but i think the FX and the am3+ needs some updating to remain competitive.
a z97 mobo would just give you the best upgrade potential with greater power efficiency.

As others have mentioned, in this price range you can almost get an Intel 6 core setup. If you are going to spend this much I would go that route.
