What resolution do you play at? Also what do you consider 'on Full', is hard to get crysis running smoothly on ultra high settings without dumping a ton into the graphics card. Also swap the PSU out for this one since you dont have a CF capable board

all with a c2d processor but it gives you an idea

I have played crysis with a 4850 and a 1440 x 900 resolution screen and get about 35 FPS on high . Thats comfortable

See the little red voltage switch on the back of that Rosewill PSU? That means it's an older, inefficient design. Even though that may be similar inside to the RP500-2 that passed the load testing at jonnyguru, these days you want to find a unit with Active PFC that is 80+ certified. In the budget range, Antec Earthwatts are nice. Other good brands are Corsair, PC Power & Cooling, Seasonic, and Enermax.
