CPU - If not overclocking, look toward the i5-4460 (Haswell Refresh). The 4570 is fine and all, but is Haswell (one revision back).
MB - H97 > H87
MEM - Great deal on the modules below today!
PSU - XFX or Seasonic. 550w is plenty for a single large GPU so you have some headroom here.
FAN - Not needed.
