Is this all I need to connect Bluetooth Speakers?

Hello, so I have the Google Home Mini in the mail and will have it in a few days. I was curious as to if this is all I needed to connect to the device with my desktop.

plug and play the bluetooth icon in your system tray > right click > bind to your mini. sorted.

So I've noticed that when I try to play videos on my phone while it's connected to the bluetooth in my car... the audio does not match up with the video. Will I run into that problem here?

possible bluetooth version mismatch can cause buggy things to occur .... like youre using a bt version 2 car stereo with a phones bt version 4 ... the phones trying to push data to the stereo which just inst fast enough to deal with it? causing lag
