Is this all i need to install windows on a new pc that i just built?

so i went to office max and picked this up. is this all i need to install windows into a new pc. will it work or did i get the wrong one? pls help this is my first time doing this.

Yes, you boot up the disc and follow the onscreen instructions.
Have the product key out when you need to type it in.
You will type it in once during the setup and after Window is installed, you type it again to activate your licence.

If you're stating that you went to Office Max and bought a retail Windows installation disk then yes, that's all you need to install Windows.
