is this alright for overclocking

i have a custom water cooling loop with 2 360 rads and a d5 pump
i overclocked my cpu to about 5.0GHz and my gpu aswell
im getting around 42@ idle cpu when i start ,my comp and go to the bios
gpu at 38 idle and the rest around 45-50 idle
are these temps alright for idle
i want to know that in full load or playing games would my temp go too high
should i tone down the cpu to 4.8 or 4.9 ?

You would need to know what the load temps are showing, idle temps really do not provide much basis as to what load will be. However, you seem to have plenty of radiator cooling space, so I don't think you have to worry about cooling delta.
