cpu :phenom II Quad X4 - 975 BE(will be overclocked to 4ghz with stock heatsink)
mobo:Gigabyte MA880GM-USB3L
corsair ram4x2gb 1333mhz
kingston 64gb ssd
psu:antec 430d
gpu:amd 6870 1gb
hdd:seagate 500gb 3gbs

what are you going to use this pc for?
if it's a general purpose pc for day to day stuff, the configuration looks good. you're gonna have to buy a whole new build after 2-3 years though.
if it's for gaming:
don't oc with the stock heat sink if you don't want to fry your cpu. amd's b.e. stock coolers are good, but i don't think they're that good.
your motherboard doesn't seem to support am3+ cpu, so you will have to buy a new motherboard if you upgrade either your motherboard or your cpu.
get a better psu for better headroom for oc and the gfx card.

You should get the new FX-4100. You will hear many go on and on about how the FX series isn't this or that. But they are, and they will work.

(And no I am not a fanboy, if he had a bigger budget I would tell him to get the i5 2500k)

imo this build (core i5 2320) is better than the amd phenom build.
good cpu, gfx card choices.
64 gb ssds are boot drives at best. if you want to install multiple games on the ssd, get at least 100-120 gb. but those ssds would be beyond your budget.
for gaming, 560ti would be better than the 560 non ti. gtx 560 performs similarly to (usually cheaper)radeon hd 6870.

Your probably going to want the GTX 560Ti over the GTX 560 if you can fit it into budget. The performance is quite a bit better and the 560Ti allows for some huge over-clocks >950MHz+

If anything, just grab a Z68 motherboard and an i3-2120 or similar. It will allow you better future upgrade options and you'll regret being stuck with an AMD build like 99% of other people who have seen what Socket 1155 can do.

i3-2120
Z68 motherboard
GTX 560Ti
500w PSU
7200RPM HDD
60/64GB SSD

i dont want a z68 mobo.. i cant overclock with my hot room temp thats why im sticking with a h67 even i can go to h61 but i need usb 3 sata 6gb/s for ssd..even i cant overclock my gpu im currently using 9600gt my lowest temp is 46c in idle ..i dont want to overclock any of my components..if i had to upgrade i can do that only after 4 years can u say an i3 will sustain for that much year thats why im going to i5..benchmarks say that gtx560ti is only 5% faster than gtx 560..
