Question Is this an optimal first build

I've already posted here for a first build idea, sorry. I think I have decided on my very final build idea and was looking for any final opinions or advice. My main issue is the cost of windows. Are "aftermarket" OEM's to be trusted? I'm not looking to go any further over the final price.

You'd be better off with W11 but you can still upgrade even from W7 for free. How trusted they are can't say but they are cheap enough to gamble on. Retail licence would be even better
