[SOLVED] Is this any good? & Tightened Timings to 14-14-14-28 and Latency Went Up lol? & Help w/7900 C20 score plz

Can anyone evaluate and see if I'm doing it right? I'm new to OCing and have kinda just been following along here.

I had my ram running @ 14-14-16-32 but I tightened it to 14-14-14-28 and my latency went from 62.4-->62.5
I don't know if I just have no idea what I'm doing or if that should even affect my latency or what; but it seems odd to me.

I also applied a --.075v vCore offset at the same time; not sure if that had anything to do with it.

I'm trying to get a C20 score of 7900 and am pretty close; but I'm not sure what else I can try to do to increase the score.

Does GPU have anything to do with it? Will tightening timings more help?

Edit: Sorry for the poor img quality; i don't know a good place to upload, but its basically 3900x, 3800mhz ram w/IF @ 1900mhz, All-core OC @ 4.4Ghz

It could be margin of error. I believe I got a 72ns and later 70.2ns latency on my 3466 OC before tightening it. (same settings both times). Either way, going from 32 to 28 tRAS won't do much. You should also tighten tRC with tRAS if you want a performance benefit.

Cinebench is also not very reliant on memory speeds IIRC.
