Is this any laptop any good?

A friend asked me to help him choose a new laptop but he's got budget of 700€ so I found this laptop after some searching and I would like to know of it's any good for play LOL, CSGO and any other games of the sort ?

My guess is that it's good enough but I'd like to know what other people think.

Portugal, it's really hard getting good laptops here soooo

oh and the pricing on them is over 700€
MSI Gaming GP60 2PE(Leopard)-421XES is 703 € but it can't be bought on the store.

Well none of those are available around here and I'd rather not buy online (if it was for me i would, but it's not for me, and i'm not going to be the one buying it)

Tell you friend that if he buys online he will be more protected by the law (for example he will be able to return the laptop in 15 days if he's not happy with the performance.

If you dont manage to convince him to buy online, you can do one of this things:

go to Lisbon an buy one of those laptops I mentioned already. Or go to Fnac or Worten and asked them if you can order one of those laptops (I know that you can do that with books)

hard to say, but probably at LOL you will have about 55 FPS (the same result of

This benchmark (http://www.notebookcheck.net/Computer-Games-on-Laptop-Graphics-Cards.13849.0.html) shows that you might have the same result as an GT630m, and since this card is similar to the GT630, you will probably have the results this card achieved here: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/league-of-legends-performance-benchmark,3484-6.html: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/league-of-legends-performance-benchmark,3484-6.html

So if you lower settings you will probably get 60 FPS. If the screen resolution is lower than 1080p it will be easier to get 60 PFS.

The first link also show that with the 840m you would have two times better gaming performance.

For CSGO you can check this bench: http://www.notebookcheck.net/Counter-Strike-Global-Offensive-Benchmarked.81183.0.html

Again it should have same performance of the GT 630M

well, asus would be better, and if your friend can he probably should buy the asus laptop. Its a more solid brand. But acer also have decent laptops, that can last for many years.

In therms of specification they are exactly the same.
