RAPID uses some of your RAM as a cache for the SSD.
That is showing the read/write performance your RAM, not the drive.
Without RAPID, you'd be seeing Read Write in the low to mid 500's.
I tried RAPID for a while. Saw no real user facing benefit. So I turned it off.
