is it better than hyper 212 evo?? will it handle like 0.6 ghz of OC on i5 3570k?

I meant an EXTRA 0.6 GHz
3.4 GHz stock clock + 0.6 GHz overclock = 4.0 GHz

Yeah thanks but I can't find the evo 212 because it isn't available ANYWHERE at Russia, only cooler I found was this one and what's kinda odd is that i can't find this on newegg, neither amazon, just some russian site that sells the GPU that i want and this cooler. I think i'm going to go with the Cooler Master Hyper TPC 812XS
Since i got offered for a much shittier CPU cooler for like only 20$, it's really loud from the reviews i read. I think this cooler is worth the 75$. Thx all

It's currently only found in Europe. I would say it's not worth $75 if a $35 cooler gets similar performance. It will fit that case. Here is a russian site that has it.
