Question Is this blacklight bleeding or IPS glow?

I recently bought this 34inch ultrawide LG moniter and did blacklight bleeding testing and I can't find whether its a ips glow or blacklight bleeding.

What brightness level is that? Try 80%.

It is normal to have glow and some bleeding, more so if brightness is rather high. More noticeable on dark background in dark room. Shouldn't notice much during normal activities. Btw, camera exaggerates panel glow so i don't think it actually looks as bad as that picture in person.
