is this Budget gaming rig is good?

I m going to build my cpu with:-
Amd fx8350
asus m5a97 2.0 mobo
Cm k281 mid tower cabinet
Cm hyper 212x
Cm psu b 600 wattgskill ripjaws ddr3 4gb ram ( will upgrade later)
seagate barracuda 1 tb hdd
And r9 270 2gb ddr5 or r7 265 2gb ddr5 graphics card
SO do tell ur opinion.. thnx in advance

Yes, either gfx card will be fine for mid-near max settings in most games at 1080p. I would of course recommend the 270 over the 265. As far as the memory, it is better if you buy memory in MATCHED pairs if you want to make use of dual channel mode. It can be up to 10% faster than single channel mode. And dual channel is picky about the pairs of sticks matching exactly. That's why dual channel memory is usually sold in matched pairs.
