Tell me if this is a good budget pc
And what do u upgrade my budget is 300
I am planning to use a hp 8100 elite sff
And add a 8gb ram
Intel i5 650
1050ti
Psu 250 watts (planning to upgrade)
Will it be good fpr 60+fps at medium

Apologies: 300 noted - do you mean US dollars or some other currency?

I found several models of the Elite listed for around $150 USD.

You may be able to go upwards with respect to the hardware configuration and your budget.

However, I still believe that 300 watts is probably not enough. Use an online wattage calculator to add up the component wattages.

Actually you should try at least 3 such calculators to cross check the results.

Modern AAA games like ghost recon wildlands will really struggle with the i5-650 and the 1050ti, if you run old games like GS:GO that would work at 60+ fps no problem (see here for a vid of an i5-650 / 8gb / 750ti).

The entry-level cpu these days is the Ryzen 3 2200g (nearly double the performance).

As mentioned the 250w PSU is not going to be enough, PSU calc says 377w so a good 400W unit or better should be good. The SFF form factor are going to be an issue, my recommendation is get a tower at the very least, an i5-2400 refurb/off lease is pretty popular for a extreme-budget rigs these days.

Okay i changed the build i will scrap out this hp stuff
My focus is to get the i3 8100 with the 1050ti for 400$i am not sure even if this is possible but still i am trying
I managed to fit everything except of the gpu for 370
Psu 500 w
8gb corsair
B360m mobo micro atx
1tb hdd
120 gb ssd
And the intel i3
Please i need this with the 1050ti in 400$ any auggestion will do

Well the cheapest BYO I could come up with, just over $600 (~$670 w/ rebates)

I did see a good deal on a refurb tower for $300, which will save you the $100 microsoft fee over BYO

Vostro i3-8100, 8GB Ram, 1TB HDD, win10 refurb $300

...and you just need the gpu/psu:

So that saves you about $100 total with the budget pre-build and gpu/psu upgrades with the downside of case airflow and budget motherboard.

That was a lot of useful info but it is too over budget so what can i build for 400sgd$ if we dont use the i3 and gtx 1050ti and use some other cpu and gpu
My aim right now is just to build a solid pc for 400Sgd$ with 60fps at high settings is that possible for 400? Planning to play fortnite overwatch etc btw i dont
