Is this build alright?

Hi, i am building my first pc, is it alright or would you change something? My budget is around 850 usd and i live in czech republic.

EDIT: pc is mainly for gaming maybe some blender or photoshop
CPU: Ryzen 1600x+amd wraith max (free)
GPU: Sapphire rx 580
Mobo: Gigabyte b450m ds3h
Ram: patriot viper elite 2x4gb 2800mhz
Psu: Evga 500b
Ssd: crucial bx 500 240gb
Hdd: seagate barracuda 1tb

I would go with a better quality PSU, those EVGA B series aren't great.

Is this psu better ? Seasonic s12ii 520w

And are the other parts fine ?

The seasonic is good quality but an old group regulated design from 2012 & only offers 480w in real world terms.

You want a good 550w psu minimum , preferably a modern dc-dc design which offers close to full capacity on the 12v rail.

The 580 has been known to top over 220w at peak sometimes.
