pretty good.
thermal paste will not be needed as it is pre-applied to the stock cooler. when changing the paste after removing the cooler later you WILL need thermal paste but that is in the future.

I made a few suggestions here.

different motherboard to pay for the SSD. every system in 2019 NEEDS an SSD. for the GPU I suggest a dual fan unit, tend to be quieter and more reliable if one fan fails.

A 1050 Ti is a hard no at this price range, when the much superior RX 580 can be had -- and in the 8 GB version to boot -- under $200 widely. The 1050 Ti is in-between the RX 460 and RX 470 performance-wise (a bit closer to the 470 than the 460). The only scenario in which I'd take a 1050 Ti at this price would be in certain niche builds, especially those that are prebuilts, when replacing the power supply is problematic. It should really be a $120-$140 part at this point.

Even an RX 570 is significantly faster than a GTX 1050 Ti...

...and for as little as $130...

...and the RX 570 and 580 also come with downloads for two free games at certain online retailers. The GTX 1050 Ti doesn't make much sense right now unless one is adding it to a prebuilt system with a weak power supply that can benefit from its low power draw under load. It's bizarre how overpriced the 1050 Ti is right now, especially considering that the card launched with a $139 MSRP two-and-a-half years ago. >_>
