Is this build any good , Where could I improve or where could I save money
Should I change any part etc

Please help, have a low end pc at the moment 750 TI want to upgrade ( I didn't build the pc )

120GB is more than enough for OS, but if you get 240 you can even put some online games on it too.

Just for consideration, could save some money by not overclocking the system: i5 7600 (-$50); no cooler (-$60), lower end MB (maybe B250) (-$60), and maybe bit smaller but still Gold PSU (-$20).

What monitor do you have? Overclocking the above list from GE420 wouldn't do much for you if you're at 1080p or 60hz.

Just food for thought.

Not as powerful as my last, but still good enough for gaming + about $100 cheaper.
I kept overclocking because this build is going to last you for a long time and over time your hardware will become obsolete. Overclocking will keep it viable even when others fail. And who doesn't want more power??

looks good but would`nt SSD make it run slightly faster and the same for core i7-4790K
