Hi guys, I'm looking to reduce the price of my build a bit, maybe you all know some parts that would be similar in performance, but better on my wallet? any advice on the build itself, if I've chosen poorly with some parts or if what I've picked is any good. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

According to pcpartpicker it would be about £895.

MB - The Pro is nice and all, but you will get the same features / performance from the Z170-A below.
MEM - The low latency modules below are priced nicely today.
HD - With an SSD in the mix handling the majority of the workload, there is no need for the WD Black. Look toward the WD Blue or a typical Seagate offering.
GPU - Higher factory overclock on the one below for less cost.
CASE - The Phantom 410 won't fit "long" GPUs like the GTX 970.
PSU - No. Stick with XFX, Seasonic, the EVGA G2 lineup, or filter through the Tier 1 or Tier 2 list. 750w is sized for you to add a second GTX 970 in SLI down the road. The 850w below would cover larger GPUs like the GTX 980 or R9 390. www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html...
