CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: GTX 1660 Ti Ventus XS 6GB OC (MSI)
RAM: G.Skill Aegis 16GB 3000MHz (2x8)
Memory: 1TB HDD & 120GB SSD
PSU: Corsair CX 550
Monitor: BenQ LCD LED 21.5'' GW2270H Full HD Black
The total cost comes to 820 euros. Do you guys think it's a decent build for the money I paid?

It's pretty good and idk about prices/availability in europe but in USD you can get a 240gb ssd for just $10 more from sandisk and a ryzen 5 2600 is just $25 more than a 1600, both well worth it investments if you can just squeeze a little more into the budget
