Good relative to what? What do you want to achieve? For browsing, yes. For gaming it's mediocre.
Any of those i3s is okay. Although ideally you'd have an i5. You could save money by only getting 8GB RAM; depending
on what you need to do.

I already have the 16 gb ram so can't save any money there .... I'll mostly be using it for casual gaming on medium settings nothing too intense...just need a computer which is decently quick
The usage is browsing, medium to low gaming for 2016 games and other basic uses like photoshop and HD video streaming on windows 7 ultimate....it shouldn't take up too much time to start and open applications and I'm using a non-branded 450W PSU
