Solution
Im sorry but i didn't understand.
Can you simplify it and tell me what i need to upgrade or change?
And can you send me a list with my links for the build to work?
The PSU and Motherboard in that PC I believe are propietary (unique/bespoke) so you cannot just replace the parts around it with standard market components. In other words if you buy an ATX standardised PSU, it will not fit the motherboard and vice versa as it's bespoke equipment.

In other words, If I got the right manual above, you can't really upgrade anything outside of the GPU without changing the whole system.

Welcome to the forums my friend!

  • Are you adding the RAM to the current RAM configuration? If so just remember that RAM is only guaranteed in the form sold (from the same pack) so you may run into conflicts.
  • I would not use that PSU on a discrete GPU, not only does it not have any PCIe connectors (which 960 should require), but it will also be poor quality. And quality is just as important as quantity.
  • If this is the correct computer: https://topics-cdn.dell.com/pdf/optiplex-3020-desktop_owners-manual2_en-us.pdf then you'll find (page 31) that you can't upgrade the PSU with a standard ATX as the 3020 motherboard has proprietary connections:
