Is this build compatible for a decent OC? New Guy

Hi, this is my first time building a gaming rig and I'm a bit worried about bottlenecks, power shortages, lack of ram, incompatible mobo, ect.
I know I shouldn't overclock, knowing very little about building a rig, but i'd like to at least have the necessary hardware, OC-ready for when the time is right. No SLI/Crossfirex.

Please excuse my idiocy, but I've already purchased a few parts without doing any extensive research prior to realizing my goals with this build. Granted, I'd still be willing to have anything replaced if necessary. Thus, goes as follows:

Corsair HX series HX650 650w ATX 12v v2.2 80 PLUS GOLD
Asus P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155
Gskill Ares Series 8GB(2 x 4GB) 240-pin DDR3 SDRAM
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200 RPM
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB SATA 3
Antec 900 (5fans excluding cpu cooler)
Windows 7

(Ready to Order)
Intel Core i5-3570k
Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo(I want to add 2 fans for a push/pull configuration)
EVGA SuperClocked w/ ACX cooling GTX 770 2GB
24" Asus LED 120hz Monitor(If I can find one)

Again, I just need to know if I'll have any issues with any of these parts for decent overclocking and safe mid to high settings gaming, in the future. I'm not sure what I mean by "decent" just yet, but hopefully maybe someone can see what I'm trying to do here.

I think it is ok, previous gen i core CPUs were better for overclocking on air than Haswell did.
The VG248QE is a 144hz 24" monitor that sells for about $250-ish, although you need a VERY high end GPU to pull over 100 frames with good graphics.

Hey, thanks for the quick reply. So do you think I'll be satisfied with the Ivy-bridge for a while? This IS my first build, so as long as it can render games like Guild Wars 2 or Day Z at around 40+fps, I'll be using this build until higher core-demanding games are released. Also, do you think 650w would be enough for the 770 when I overclock the CPU? Apparently this type of card draws in more watts since it's superclocked with "special" acx cooling and requires a psu with 600watts or greater.

650 watts should be alright, the GPU is rated for 230 watts TDP. I use a GTX 760 and have 60+ fps in GW2 with the highest settings, i7 4770k CPU though but that i5 should perform very well.
